Before becoming a full-time YouTuber, Derek had a successful career. He was a C-level officer, a former US veteran, and he owned multiple companies. People have always considered him a smart entrepreneur since he was young.

The car became an essential part of the Bieri family’s history. It was the first car he remembered from his childhood. He has many personal memories associated with the ’56 Buick. He remembers his dad painting the car in a garage with a dirt floor while Derek rode a plastic trike in the same place. His father had to hurry to paint the car for a parade the next day.

They used the Buick for family trips, and Derek remembers his dad driving with only one gear available. The car could only reach about 30 mph on those trips.
